Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on MyJewishHome.com without authorization, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following information to be valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit MyJewishHome.com to locate the material. Please include specific URL(s) where the material is found.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If MyJewishHome.com removes content you posted due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the removal. We will provide a copy of your counter-notification to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.
Your counter-notification must contain the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before its removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where MyJewishHome.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy
MyJewishHome.com maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate access to our services for any user who is determined to be a repeat copyright infringer. This includes users notified of infringing activity more than once or who have had user-submitted content removed multiple times. We reserve the right to decide, at our sole discretion, whether a user is a repeat infringer.
